The high court sitting in Nairobi on Thursday granted the deputy president’s director of digital media Dennis Itumbi an opportunity to be held at the Muthaiga Police Post and not Kamukunji as the prosecution had requested. Itumbi, however, shocked the court including officers from the Directorate of criminal investigation DCI who were present in the court when he provided video evidence of Mt. Kenya cabinet secretaries planning to harm the deputy president.
